Meet & Greet

A meet & greet is required prior to any sitting services commencing so we can review your pet's care needs, routines and home details. Your initial consultation is complimentary; subsequent meetings are $25 per half hour.

Payment & Deposits

  • Full payment is required before services begin.
  • We accept cash, e-transfer (EMT), credit card and PayPal.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your stay — dates are not confirmed without it.
  • Accounts more than 7 days past due are subject to a $15 late fee.

Holiday Surcharges

A surcharge applies on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, BC Family Day, Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

  • Drop-in visits: +$5 per visit
  • Overnight stays: +$10 per night

Cancellations

  • Holiday bookings: full payment is charged regardless of notice.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: full payment is charged.
  • More than 24 hours notice: the service cost is credited to your account (no refunds).
  • Early returns: remaining days/visits are credited to your account.

Additional Fees

  • Key pickup / drop-off: $15 per trip — waived if your key is provided at the initial meet & greet or kept on file.
  • Veterinary transport: $20 for the first hour, $15 each additional hour.

Non-holiday bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are credited to your account (no refunds). Less than 24 hours notice, or any holiday cancellation, is charged in full. Early returns are credited for the remaining visits.

Are there holiday surcharges?

Yes — drop-in visits are an extra $5 per visit and overnight stays an extra $10 per night on statutory holidays, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
